微系统与控制技术研究室的研究方向包括:微 / 纳机电系统、微型飞行器和控制导航技术、医疗仪器和生化检测。目前所从事的课题主要有:
1、微/纳机电系统
微芯片电泳;微喷;微推进器;微流量传感器;微细电火花加工;微动工作台;纳传感器
2、微型飞行器和控制导航技术
微型飞行器是一种重要的微器件集成系统,有广阔的应用前景。微型飞行器用到多种MEMS器件,例如微型加速度计、微型陀螺、微型磁强计、微型RF器件、微型压力传感器等。
我们自1999年研制成功多种微型飞行器,包括微型机载电子设备,如自动驾驶仪、高度计、空速计、微型通讯、微型摄像等。
The Micro Air Vehicle (MAV) is one kind of important micro system,
which has a broad application. Investigation on MAVs will promote
the research on MEMS. A MAV uses a lot of MEMS components, including
micro accelerometer, micro gyroscope, micro magnetometer, micro RF
element, and micro pressure sensor etc..
We have developed many kinds of MAVs since 1999. We also developed
MEMS-based autopilot, altimeter, airspeed meter, onboard micro
communication and video system.
3、医疗仪器和生化检测
系列超声手术仪;超声吸引器;功能性神经肌肉刺激及肌电信号识别技术;超声骨密度测量仪;生化检测;人体姿态测量系统。
Our
research is focused on Micro devices, Micro systems, Nano sensors,
as well as measurement and control technology, application of
computers, and medical instruments, etc. The main research fields
are as follows:
1、Micro/nano-electromechanical Systems;
2、MAVs and navigation technology;
3、Medical instruments and biochemistry detection;
